Lowball enthusiast Steven Gee won his first World series of Poker bracelet in the Event # 13 on Wednesday night defeating 3,000 players. On the other hand, Carter Phillips did the same accomplishment in the Event # 16 for his first WSOP bracelet.
Going over to the Event # 13, there were 3,000 players who take part in the tournament. It was a shining moment for the 54-year-old poker player to get his memorable achievement in WSOP. For the Event # 16, or the $1,500 no-limit hold’em six-handed, a 21-year-old poker player by the name of Carter Phillips take the crown for his poker skills. Tournaments such as Event #17: $5,000 No-Limit Hold’em, Event #18: $2,000 limit hold’em, and Event #19: $10,000 2-7 Draw Lowball World Championship also made a significant history for the 2010 WSOP.
Many players were brought in different categories during the World Series of Poker, there are some players that join the field of their expertise while other try their luck with something new. There’s more prizes that awaits winner of every tournament, however, the main target of players who join the WSOP is the bracelet that gives an additional charm on their name.
